Community Living and Respite Services (CLRS) are a non for profit, Disability accommodation and services provider registered with the NDIS. Bourke Builders were able to assist as a part of their Opening Doors Project to provide the communities of Echuca and Moama with high-quality accommodation for people with a disability.
Bourke Builders constructed four brand-new residential units designed to support independent living and care in the community.
The build included two one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units to allow space for a carer to stay when needed. All units were built on concrete slabs with brick veneer exteriors, offering a durable, low-maintenance finish. Each home was thoughtfully designed and built to meet full accessibility standards, ensuring comfort, safety, and ease of use for residents with varying support needs.
This project was a meaningful opportunity to contribute to inclusive, community-focused housing that provides both independence and support for those who need it.
