The Rochester Primary School Amenities Upgrade project involved a full overhaul of the school’s existing toilet and washroom facilities. Bourke Builders managed the project from start to finish, beginning with the safe demolition of the old amenities, including the removal and disposal of asbestos in accordance with strict safety standards.
Once the area was cleared, we replaced all internal walls and installed new sanitary fixtures, modern toilet partitions, and floor-to-ceiling tiling for improved hygiene, durability, and ease of cleaning. The upgrade not only refreshed the space visually but also brought it in line with current standards for safety, accessibility, and functionality.
